I am a PhD student in Biodiversity, based at the University of Palermo. During my studies, I focused on connectivity between marine populations, investigating how ocean currents, larval dispersal and resource management influence the distribution and resilience of marine species. Through this approach, my goal is to better understand the ecological processes that regulate marine biodiversity and ecosystems maintenance, especially in the context of climate and anthropogenic changes in the intertidal zone.
