The topic of my thesis focuses on the effect of climate change on coastal lagoons communities composition and functioning. One of the main objectives of my research is to study the effect of temperature on biotic interactions by measuring individual thermal tolerance performance of interacting species, particularly those between the habitat forming phanerogam Cymodocea nodosa and its epiphyte, the sea anemone Paranemonia cinerea in mutualistic association with the zooxanthellae Symbiodinium sp.
